Overview of SBI Fund Management
SBI Funds Management, a joint venture between the State Bank of India and AMUNDI (a French asset management firm), was established on February 7, 1992, under The Companies Act 1956. Approved by SEBI, it serves as the investment manager for SBI Mutual Fund, offers Portfolio Management Services (PMS) to domestic and international clients, and provides Alternative Investment products through Alternative Investment Funds for high-net-worth individuals and businesses.
The company supports over 12.5 million investors through its 270+ branches, collaborates with more than 1 lakh impanelled distributors, operates in 285 locations across India, and maintains an international Point of Presence in Dubai.
Revenue from operations nearly tripled, increasing from ₹1,611 Cr in FY21 to ₹4,389 Cr in FY26, supported by sustained double-digit growth.
Maintained industry-leading profitability, with EBITDA margins consistently above 70% and reaching 92.5% in FY26, reflecting outstanding operating efficiency.
PAT increased from ₹863 Cr in FY21 to ₹3,067 Cr in FY26, while PAT margins expanded to nearly 70%, highlighting significant value creation and earnings scalability.
