boAt, owned by Imagine Marketing, reported a 38% YoY rise in PAT to ₹84.5 crore in FY26, compared with ₹61.1 crore in FY25. Revenue from operations stood at ₹2,931 crore, indicating continued scale despite a challenging consumer-electronics environment.
A key turnaround came from the wearables segment, which moved into profitability with around ₹7 crore profit, compared with a ₹54 crore loss in FY25. This suggests meaningful improvement in cost control and segment economics.
The “other” category, including charging solutions, cables and gaming, also strengthened sharply, with profit rising to ₹46 crore from ₹14 crore. International revenue more than doubled to ₹45 crore, pointing to emerging growth opportunities beyond the core Indian audio business.
boAt ended FY26 with approximately ₹397 crore in cash reserves and zero bank debt, giving it a stronger balance sheet to invest in new categories such as projectors, grooming and charging solutions, while expanding internationally.
