Performance and Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum performance ratio: 75%.
Eligibility criteria:
Registered under GST.
Experience as a solar PV system integrator, ANERT accredited Urjamitra center, or electrical substation O&M service provider.
Experience in operating and maintaining ground-mounted solar projects with HT infrastructure.
Performance Guarantee and Damages:
Performance guarantee: 5% of the yearly O&M contract value.
Liquidated damages for outages due to inadequate maintenance not rectified within seven days.
Recent Tenders:
3.5 MW solar project in Mylatty of Kasaragode district.
2.7 MW grid-connected ground mount solar projects in the state last year.
