Mukesh Ambani eyes Rs 25000-40000 crore in new move, Reliance Retail files proposal for....

Reliance Retail, a Mukesh Ambani - founded company, is planning to raise 400 bn through an Infrastructure Investment Trust(InvIT) & has filed the proposal with SEBI.

Justification

• Mukesh Ambani's flagship company Reliance Industries Limited was gearing up to monetize retail warehousing assets with a $2.4-3 billion InvIT.

• Reliance Retail will initially raise 400 crores in the next 2 months through an Infrastructure Investment Trust (InvIT).

• And later will eventually raise 25,000-40,000 crores by Q4 FY24.
